Freezer shirts
This one is for her little girl:
For her little boy:
This one didn't photograph well...
Each shirt got rolled up and tucked into a little tin that I found at target and then I added some other goodies, her are the tins that I altered.
Lastly I altered a picture frame for Becca. You can see in the background the gifts all wrapped up.
These are so cute!! Love how you put them in the little bins.
ReplyDeleteThese are even cuter in person...kamrie would not wait to open hers and braden is only waiting because he is not home, LOL
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful!!! And I love how you'll present them in the little pails. I wish I could do those but I can't seem to master that freezer wrap method -- don't know what I'm doing wrong but the color seems to have a washed out look. You did great!
ReplyDeleteAudrey - What do you mean the colors seem washed out? I usually do multiple layers of paint.
ReplyDeleteOMG Christina! These are darling! I so want a pic of Becca and the kids wearing them. The little pails are the perfect touch!!
ReplyDeleteWhen you say multiple layers, usually about how many? I've only tried one layer because I never thought or heard to do more than one! Maybe that's been my problem. Thanks for the response, I'll have to try more than one layer of paint and I'll let you know how it came out. Three layers should do it, right?
ReplyDeleteThanks much!
Audrey - I just keep applying coats of paint until I like how it looks. Darker colors are usually less, also I find the Puff paint that is thinker takes less then the fabric paint that comes in the paint bottles.
ReplyDeleteYour t-shirts turned out so cute- and the family frame you made is just beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are all such wonderful gifts. I bet the really love them.
ReplyDeleteWow!! Such creative projects!!
ReplyDeleteLove the shirts! They're really going to enjoy them!
