Ribbon Cards

I saw these cute cards in one of my craft magazines and I had to scraplift. I think in the magazine they used paper, but I thought ribbon would work well, and you all know how much ribbon I have!

The one with wishing you, is for our one of our interns who's last day was today. I didn't put anything on the other one, so I can add to it when I have a need for it.

Here's a couple close ups of the finished one.

Cards

Here are some cards I made tonight, while playing with some new stamps that I got. All of them are colored with water color crayons. I didn't put any sentiments on them as I don't have a use for them yet so I figured I would leave them blank until I need them for something.

YEAH Another embellishment center!

I finally got another embellishment center the other day when they were on sale at Michael's. I also found these cute little pails in the $ bins at target, they didn't fit with the handle so I pulled the handle's off and now they fit well. Each one holds certain color of flowers.

Here is a close up of the pails so you can see how I decorated each one.

Administrative professional day gifts

So last minute my co-worker and I remembered it was administrative professionals week and had to wipe something up quick for our 2 unit clerks who are a huge help to us. So I wiped this up the other night. I wish I had remembered earlier so I could have made them better, but I think they came out good for a quick project.

Here's the card. (the outside will make more sense when you read the inside.)

Oh I'm so flattered.

A couple days ago Robyn from thepinkstamper posted a comment asking me if she could use my monkey cards I made awhile ago on her blog! How cool is that, they are posted in her gallery under Accent Essentials and Sweethearts!

Here's the link if you want to check it out. http://picasaweb.google.com/mypinkstampergallery/Sweethearts#

Thanks Robyn!

Finished another wedding layout!

I finished another layout last night and I think this maybe one of my favorites so far. I had a lot of pictures I wanted to get on here so I really had to play with size and try to figure out how to get them all one. In the end I had to leave a few off because they didn't really fit but I love the 23 that I have one there!
Here comes the Bride was cut from the sweethearts cartridge at 4" I believe???
The tag was also from the Sweethearts cartridge and that I cut at 6.25" But I trimmed off part of the end and used my corner round to make the edges match.
A close up of the tag. I'm really liking the printed journaling I may have to do this more often. To do this I first printed it on card stock and then I put it in the cricut and moved my blade to the middle of the journaling and set the center point and then cut at 6.25". Before I cut the final product I used a scrap piece of paper to make sure I had the blade lined up in the right spot and to make sure I was cutting it big enough.

Wedding Layout

Here's another wedding Layout. I started this one a while ago and had the pictures all glued down, and I knew what I wanted as a title however, it still took me several weeks to get the title cut and glued on. The title for this layout was perfect. A couple months before the weeding I changed my ring tone for my dear hubby to "We're goin to the chapel", so every time he called that song played. On our wedding day I was strict with Mike that I didn't want to see him before the wedding, so he must have called me a 100 X's that day. Every time the phone rang, my girls and I sang along with "we're goin to the chapel, and we're gonna get ma-a-arried!

Paper dolls

The nurse managers of our Psychiatric units are working on posters for nurses week, so I asked if they would like me to cut some dolls. So I did these for them, I also did some lettering to spell Nurses Week and the unit names.

This one has been named Steve Edward after are 2 male nurses on our unit that are both bald.

I've seen a lot of people wondering how people do the outlining on the clothes so I took a close up for anyone who wants to see how I do the stitching.

Easter

We didn't do a whole lot for Easter this year but did a few things for my cricut sister and her little ones.

Here are the cards I made.
