Monkey cards

I saw this really cute card that someone did on cricut chat that had a animal on the front (I'm forgetting what it was I think an elephant or something like that) and they had him holding a 3d rose. I knew I wanted to scrap lift it 1 because it was really cute but 2 because I thought it was a good excuse to play with some of the different flower tutorials I've seen. So here is my version, the monkey on Sweethearts was the perfect cut for these. A close up of the flowers

Calenders and note pads

I found these great svg files for these little magnetic calenders. I had been wanting to try them and thought they would be perfect as RAK gifts for some of my Not so secret sisters.
This one I did for my space. I used tote-ally tess from SU for the picture on top. A close up of Tess.
The note pads and calenders I did for my sisters:

Cards

I played with some new things today, I used my su markers and blending pens to color in the stamp, I like how it has a water paint look. Then I used a boarder punch to go around it. The punch was a little to thick so it bunched up but I think it makes it look like real lace.

here is the tutorial I used to do the boarder: http://frommycraftroom.blogspot.com/2010/02/bordering-circles-and-oval-with-your.html

Mothers day card

A mothers day card. This is my 1st attempt at an esael card. Their pretty easy, I think next time I'm going to make it a little bigger. I learned how to do the flower from http://www.scrap-a-little.com/2009/05/tutorial-for-cutest-cardstock-roses.html

Another wedding lo

Here is another LO I did from my wedding pictures

Sorry the 1st photo isn't the best. Some of the pictures my photographer gave me and they have a odd finish to them that my camera does not like.

A close up of the 2 pgs.

Hair & Makeup

I stayed up late last night working on this lo, and then finished it this morning. I got my inspiration from this weeks LID sketch. The font is from Story book and the loopy things I did with the ms punch. The flowers are called Dahlia flowers, I found this great blog with all kinds of flower tutorials. http://www.scrap-a-little.com/2009/07/dahlia-flower-tutorial.html

A few close ups:

How cute are these flowers!

Title page for wedding album

I'm loving this lo. Paper is from the Latte stack, la Creme Stack and the Holiday collection stack. I used Accent essentials for the top note and storybook for the font.

Flower girl Album

We got married on 9/13/08 and our flower girl was just a cutie! For months after the wedding all she talked about was that day so as a late Christmas gift I made her this Album to remember that day for the rest of her life.
